Order Processing

• TestSquared begins processing your order immediately, including generating workflows and sourcing product testers.

• Due to the nature of our services, no refunds, returns, or reimbursements will be offered once work has commenced.

• The price must not change during the duration of your project. Otherwise, the purchases might be interrupted and paused.

Payment and Reimbursement

• Sellers are required to pay TestSquared upfront for:

  ◦ The product cost + 10% to account for any applicable state or local taxes.

  ◦ An additional 12% fee if standard shipping costs are not included in the product price.

• Testers purchase the product directly through Amazon.

• Once verified proof of purchase is submitted, TestSquared reimburses the testers for the product cost and applicable shipping fees.

• This process ensures all reviews, if testers choose to leave one, are marked as “Verified Purchases” on Amazon, adding trust and credibility.

Product Testing

• Testers are sourced and matched based on your product and selection criteria.

• Testers may choose to leave feedback, such as a review, survey, or direct input, at their sole discretion only available on Amazon.

• Reviews are not guaranteed, and TestSquared does not influence the content, tone, or ratings of any feedback.

Section 3: Seller and Product Acceptance

We reserve the right to not accept all sellers or products. Eligibility is determined based on the following:

• Product Fit: Products must be suitable for testing, practical for delivery, and relevant to our tester pool.

• Tester Capacity: Acceptance depends on the availability of our tester network.

• Products in Good Taste: Unsafe, illegal, offensive, or restricted products will not be accepted.

• U.S.-Based Sellers and Products: Products must ship within the United States for timely delivery.

Section 4: Tester Criteria

To ensure quality and compliance, testers must meet the following criteria:

• Reside in the United States.

• Have an active Amazon account in good standing.

• Have at least one prior Amazon review.

Testers are selected at TestSquared’s discretion, and we reserve the right to not accept all tester applicants.

Section 5: No Guarantees

TestSquared does not:

• Sell product reviews.

• Guarantee the quantity, quality, or outcomes of feedback or reviews.

• Promise increased sales, product visibility, or platform performance.

Our services facilitate product testing and honest, independent feedback only.

Section 6: Liability Disclaimer

You agree to hold TestSquared, its parent company California Vitality LLC, its employees, affiliates, and representatives harmless from any loss, damage, or legal liability related to:

• Your Amazon Seller Account.

• Your Product Listing (including reviews or restrictions).

• Your future sales or account performance.

TestSquared is not responsible for actions taken by Amazon or other platforms, including:

• Review restrictions.

• Listing suspensions.

• Account penalties.

Section 7: Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 14 to 30+ days, depending on:

• Shipping times.

• Tester location and product availability.

We ensure a smooth process but request patience as testers purchase, test, and submit feedback.

Section 8: Compliance

TestSquared operates in full compliance with Amazon policies and FTC guidelines. Sellers and testers must adhere to platform rules, and reviews must be genuine, independent, and transparent.
