• TestSquared begins processing your order as soon as it is submitted. This includes generating workflows and sourcing product testers.

• As a result, no refunds, returns, or reimbursements will be offered once work has commenced.

2. Right to Refuse Service

• TestSquared reserves the right to not accept all seller applicants or products.

• Eligibility is determined based on factors such as product fit, tester capacity, and compliance with platform policies.

3. No Guarantees

TestSquared does not sell product reviews or make any guarantees regarding:

• The quantity or quality of feedback or reviews.

• An increase in product reviews, sales, or account visibility.

Our services facilitate product testing and honest, independent feedback only.

4. Payment and Fees

Sellers are required to pay TestSquared upfront for the following:

• The product cost + 10% to cover any applicable state or local taxes.

• An additional 12% fee if standard shipping costs are not included in the product price.

This payment ensures the tester’s purchase qualifies as a Verified Purchase on Amazon.

5. Liability Disclaimer

You agree to hold TestSquared, its parent company California Vitality LLC, its employees, affiliates, and representatives harmless from any loss, damage, or legal liability related to:

• Your Amazon Seller Account.

• Your Product Listing (including reviews or restrictions).

• Your future sales or account performance.

TestSquared is not responsible for actions taken by Amazon or any other e-commerce platform, including, but not limited to:

• Review restrictions.

• Listing suspensions.

• Account penalties or suspensions.

6. Product Listing and Testers

• Your Amazon Product Listing will be shared with verified product testers for the purpose of purchasing and testing your product.

• Testers may choose to leave feedback or reviews at their sole discretion, and TestSquared does not influence their content, tone, or ratings.

• While TestSquared does not share your information directly with Amazon, we cannot be held responsible for any restrictions Amazon may impose on your listing or account.

7. Marketing Communications

By signing up, you agree to receive marketing communications from TestSquared via email and SMS. These communications may include:

• Information about TestSquared services.

• Industry updates and news.

• Promotions and educational content.

Frequency: We strive to communicate reasonably and avoid overloading you.
